I got into running before B. Actually, sige fine. Share ko na, its refreshing kasi at mahilig ako dun magdala ng friends kong nagliligawan. Hahaha! When i started don’t worry converse pa nga suot ko nun! Now, i have proper running shoes!
OK naman sa treadmill for practice but masaya talaga outdoor. For beginners at para hindi ka maiwan. Try the OVAL! Here we are at 7am sa Ultra.
Brent used to be in ULTRA so familiar ako sa ganap. Alam ko saan kami lumulusot for cutting classes. Choz!Also very affordable. 35 pesos lang entrance per person, hindi pa yan abot sa isang bote ng beer sa club!Weekend nung pumunta kami so medyo maraming tao.Iba ibang activities dyan. Bring your own booze! hahahah!I like running in shorts and jacket. Kasi running is full cardio, yan talaga magpapatuyo sa inyo and tanggal taba. Gym and weights help tone you. But Cardio is the way to lose weight.Sabi ko maraming ganap eh!If gusto nyong parang stairmaster, you can run up and down the bleachers. Maraming gumagawa.Haha! May trivia ako, sa haba ng galamay ko. Alam nyo bang undefeated ako buong highschool sa long jump. At walang practice yun ha.Ayan may color coding din dito, ahaha! Slow take outer lane and fast runners take inner.Sabi ko sa inyo ok na yung photos ko next posts. Pag tyagaan nyo nalang yung sa Europe trip ko kasi phone photos yun. Since naka practice the day before, Sunday naman we wanted to do a 10k run. Since knows kong mabilis akong pumayat, i limit myself to 30-45 minuetes only then sumsakay nako ng kotse. hahaha! I tihink I did about 4k. Meeting place at 6am Capitol Commons.Start madilim pa, kasi haggard pag mainit and maraming cars.
The route is from Capitol commons, then down to the Valle Verde Area then Christ the King. Then akyat ng temple drive to the commercial area near the Mormon’s church. Then balik na sa Capitol Commons.Eto yung pit stop! Pabalik. Dito pwede kayo mag water break or kape. Hahaha! This is about 5k already. Kasama namin sila #salamatBok for that day Oh d ba?
